Role
eviivo is an award-winning, cloud-based booking and property management platform. We help independent accommodation providers showcase their properties, manage their reservations, and connect with guests. We are looking for a passionate Technical Partnerships Manager to join our North American team and lead our partnerships activities in the region.
You will be responsible for eviivo’s growing eco-system of integrated partners and innovative platforms, providing services to complement eviivo Suite, from smart key lock software, to fianncial services & EPOS, digital check-in platforms or dynamic pricing tools.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a Partnerships strategy for the region. This will include identifying potential partners and negotiate deals to achieve mutual opportunities for expansion. You will need to be comfortable selling eviivo Suite to these Partners, be analytical to recognize potential commercial and operational benefits from such Partnerships and have a technical understanding for the integration with our software.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to nurture partners’ relations, develop ideas of how to work together to a mutual benefit along with technological curiosity so you can understand how new technologies may fit into our current offering. This will involve creating logical, well-articulated business cases; launching new partnerships to internal & external audiences. You need to be self-motivated and comfortable working under time pressures as well as a team player working closely with the partner & sales teams.
Responsabilities
- Establish partnerships strategy and set priorities.
- Research, target, negotiate and implement new partners to work with eviivo
- Present sound business cases for new opportunities clearly articulating the commercial benefits, as well as the technical and operational implications
- Nurture new & existing distribution partners and OTAs to optimise eviivo’s presence in the North American market
- On-board and manage technical partners, working with the integrations technical manager from initial planning stages through to completion & testing of the integration.
- Preparation of help guides for both internal & external customers
- Communicate regularly with partners, providing support, guidance, and updates on eviivo’s products and services
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between eviivo and its partners, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the outcome
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the hospitality industry, as well as the needs and preferences of independent accommodation providers
- Assist with or participate in the UAT process and help plan the implementation of key pilot roll-outs, as required
- Represent eviivo at local & regional industry and community events and seminars
- Organize regular themed webinars in connection with partners in the eviivo network
About you
- Must be eligible to work in USA
- University educated
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Ability to led partner API integrations
- Experience in a hospitality software company or ERP
- Ability to understand technical, operational and commercial aspects of potential Partnerships and translate complex issues into simple concepts (both with Partners and internally within eviivo)
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to identify key stakeholders and to successfully engage with them across regional and global organizations
- Self-motivated individual who is willing to learn and grow at eviivo. Excited to work in a fast paced and growth environment and adaptable day by day to move with business and Partner needs.
- Detail orientated, with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Self-sufficient team-player able to anticipate and demonstrate initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, (especially Excel and Powerpoint), CRM, and able to learn other tools very quickly such as Camtasia and/or WordPress.
