Budget With A Twist Award 2018 – Shortlist

Before we created the eviivo Awards, we were shocked at how many awards existed for super-luxurious, five-star, premium properties but how few honoured the budget end of the spectrum. Every year thousands of budget-conscious guests rely on good quality, well-priced, clean and comfortable accommodation and we felt that needed to be championed too, so we created the Budget With A Twist Award. This award recognises properties that offer rooms at an average daily rate of under £50 yet still manage to provide comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms and delicious breakfasts, which keep guests coming back time and again.

Budget With A Twist Award judging criteria

  • Does the property have great reviews, guest testimonials or repeat guests?
  • What makes the property unique? What gives it a ‘twist’?
  • Does the host have a star rating from The AA, tourist board or other body?
  • Are a high level of cleanliness and good quality facilities (bathroom, beds etc.) provided for the price?

We received 100s of entries for this year’s eviivo Awards, and would like to thank everyone who entered, allowing our judging panel to complete the difficult task of shortlisting for the Budget With A Twist Award.

Congratulations to all of the shortlisted properties below, and best of luck when the winners are announced at the eviivo Awards 2018 ceremony on October 16th!
