 The job has to be a passion and lifestyle.

To find his false teeth for him!

What is one thing you wish you knew before getting into this industry?

Just how much paperwork has to be done and bills had to be paid.

What is the hardest part of your job?

keeping up with all the bookings and guests special requirements.

What is the best part of your job?

I love meeting so many great people every day.

What tips do you have to make sure guests book with you directly?
That is repeat business due to cleanliness, friendliness and a good breakfast.
Can you offer any tips for making sure you stand out against your competition?

You need to deal with each individual and their unique needs – make each customer feel special.

What is the nicest thing a guest has said about their stay with you?
That we have a friendly personality and nothing is too much trouble.
Why did you choose to get into the accommodation business and what career did you have before?

 I just fell into it before I was an Operation Manager for Thomas Cook financial services.
