The unusual dish is the pride of The Silver Jubilee B&B, and one of the many Great British B&B Breakfasts being served up in our new cookbook.

Comprised of brilliant recipes from our properties all over the UK, the book has something for everyone. For the traditionally minded, the classic pairing of fatty bacon and silky smooth eggs, stacked with tomato in a beautiful medallion, is sure to get your mouth watering. A special breakfast Knickerbocker Glory is made with yoghurt instead of ice-cream, with layers of tart fruit compote and crunchy granola.

And what’s great today, around the world, is that many B&B owners are equally inspired to make breakfast special.
