Good morning
I have contacted your reservations email address (Details as below) and after 10 days haven’t received a response. Please can you contact me asap as I would like to settle your mistake and get a refund.

Please see reservation below for check in on Friday for two nights.
This evening I received a call from the Bent Arms asking what time I was coming tonight. I explained that I was booked in on Friday but they said their reservation was for tonight. When I tried to cancel the booking using the link below it said the booking date was today, hence I was unable to cancel the booking.
This mean I have nowhere to stay for the weekend at the moment and other arrangements are obviously affected.
Obviously your system has malfunctioned in this instance and so I would be grateful for a full refund by return together with an explanation as to what has happened.
