eviivo kick off 2015 with a host of brand new features to help our customers manage their bookings.
First up, we’ve added a new List view to the Standard And Zoom views on our diary pages. This allows property owners to see at a glance who is due to check in, who is checked in already and who is checking out on any given day – and whether they have anything to pay. Reassuringly, it also shows whether the payment card used to secure the booking is valid – great for peace of mind and one of the many security features eviivo offer.
We’ve then made it even easier to manage prices, by day and room type. Now owners can flex their prices by as much and as often as they wish, to take account of seasonal demand or events that might be taking place in the area. Prices can be changed by a percentage or actual amount.
Finally, for our customer who are managing more than one property, we have added the ability to view and update details for multiple properties under a single account. So there is no need to log in and out of different records to make changes – everything can be done in one place.
