It’s June, and although the weather hasn’t yet got the memo the summer is upon us, so for many independent property owners it’s a very busy time! So this month we’re talking to a variety of experts about taking advantage of the peak season. Firstly we spoke to Jane Sandy, our senior revenue manager, about how to maximise your revenue and occupancy in the busy months.

Meanwhile at the Expedia offices we caught up with Tim Seng, about what’s new at Expedia as well as giving us some great information about the different occupancy demand depending on location and property type.

David Weston, Chief Executive of the B&B Association, is here with this month’s news: Obviously Brexit comes up but so do a number of scams that independent properties like you need to be on the lookout for.

Lastly we will be hearing from Ron at the Library, a beautiful London property shortlisted for one of our awards this year, who will be telling us his story of how he got into the industry as well as sharing what he believes makes his business so successful.
