We’ve been shortlisted for a UK Customer Experience Award!

Well, after a lot of celebration at eviivo HQ today, we are so proud to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for a UK Customer Experience Award in the ‘Customers at the Heart of Everything (use of Technology)’ category – hooray! 

These awards recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across many business sectors – which is a huge deal! We have been shortlisted in our category for ‘delivering effective technology within their customer experience programs’ among finalists who ‘have been able to put their customers at the heart of everything.’ But we are facing some tough competition from these companies:

  • Xero UK Limited

Neil Skehel, the CEO of Awards International said “The diversity of the companies entering the awards is amazing, they represent a tidal wave of organisations focusing on customer needs. This is great news for customers and great news for the UK economy. The rest of the world looks to the UK for leadership in customer experience and this really showcases the best of the best. I cannot wait for the finals!”

So what’s next?

Well, we have to present our entry to a panel of judges at the ExCel in London on the 28th September. And then we will be invited along to a black-tie gala dinner and celebration to find out if we’ve won! 

Ian Golding, Chair of the shortlisting panel said “Many people recognise these awards as amongst the toughest to win. As a judge every year since the inception of these awards in 2010, I can vouch that the scoring is rigorous; the entries always of a high standard and the judges are always tough. Being a finalist means a great deal and being a winner means they really achieved something great”

We are absolutely thrilled to be shortlisted for this award as customer service is something we work incredibly hard to deliver well – and it seems like you agree, with our 9.3/10 Trustpilot score.  

Our Director of Customer Operations, Melanie Wexler said “We are really delighted to be nominated for the UK customer experience award.
