eviivo is a dynamic company that markets award-winning booking software for independent hotels, B&B’s and vacation rentals. We help properties manage and grow their bookings connect them to famous travel websites like, Expedia, Airbnb and many more. Born out of a joint project with the UK Government over ten years ago, where eviivo ran the UK’s National Tourism Database, the company has reinvented itself since its acquisition by Private Equity Group Investcorp, mid 2011. Having radically changed its business model, eviivo is now a vibrant young company, with offices in the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Austin TX, and more recently in Spain.

Customer Service Advisors assist eviivo customers in understanding how best to use eviivo technology and resolve any technical problems they may be experiencing with the eviivo software.

They provide multi-channel support and advice to our hundreds of eviivo customers using phone, live chat or web portal methods equally comfortably.

Customer Service Advisors are trained to handle general business enquiries, usually related to guest reservations and interact with major travel agencies like, Expedia, Laterooms to more complex issues including issues related to Windows, anti-virus and/or firewall settings for example.

They usually have a Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent, are interested in technologies and like to solve technical issues on the computer.

Customer Service is a fast-paced environment so it is important to be able to work under pressure.
