Winners are selected exclusively based on verified customer reviews submitted to Hotel Tech Report (HTR). This methodology makes our victory especially rewarding, as it truly reflects the satisfaction and support of our customers. Thanks to them, eviivo proudly averaged a 97% ‘likely to recommend’ rating from 134 verified reviews submitted during the eligibility period.

GetApp empowers businesses to choose the best software for accelerating growth by selecting and ranking products. Their rankings are based on an objective methodology that incorporates user reviews. In the 2023 ranking of Hotel Management software, eviivo scored 93 out of a possible 100 points across the five key criteria: ‘value for money’, ‘ease of use’, ‘functionality’, ‘customer support’, and ‘likelihood to recommend’.
Tech Times – Best Hotel Property Management Platform 2022
We were delighted to come first in the Tech Times ranking of the best hotel PMS systems. In the article unveiling the list, Tech Times wrote that “eviivo leads the race as the best hotel management software in the market. We progressed from ‘established player’ to ‘top performer’ status in the 2022 Capterra shortlist of Channel Management software. This status designation is especially significant given Capterra’s rigorous scoring methodology, which involved analysing all 247 products in their directory. Capterra classify top performers as “the highest scoring products in both popularity and user ratings. The B&B Association is the UK’s official trade body for B&Bs, guest houses and small hotels, working on behalf of the independent accommodation sector. eviivo’s initiatives to support businesses and the dedicated, hard working individuals who run them with this Sector Support award was a significant recognition.

Hotel Owner hand-picked a selection of innovative firms to have on their radar in the tech space. We were thrilled to be among the technology companies celebrated for working to improve the independent hotelier’s bottom line. The judges praised eviivo for offering “the most flexible array of cancellation and deposit policies, supporting over 10,000 different scenarios but making it all simple and manageable for the small hotel.”
LUX Hospitality Awards – Best Online Booking Solution – UK 2017
LUXlife’s annual Hospitality Awards honors businesses and individuals across the hospitality industry who consistently go above and beyond for their customers. Being recognized as providing the best online booking solution in these awards was a wonderful achievement.
Travolution Awards – Best Technology Product 2016
This award was created to recognise the individual technology product that is considered to have made the biggest impact in the market during the entry period. The judges were looking for “technology developers and systems suppliers to the travel industry that have responded to the ever-changing needs of the industry””. The Small Business Awards were founded to particularly recognize smaller businesses that are often overlooked for accolades in favor of larger, corporate household names.
