Tulips are in full bloom, cherry blossom is still lingering in gardens and parks across the country are bursting into flower. Spring has well and truly sprung!

Situated in Faversham, Kent, this is a privately-owned country house B&B set amid 800 acres of woodland, pasture and a fruit farm. With 10 acres of enchanting Edwardian gardens, terraces of fragrant roses, a small lake, arboretum, topiary, Japanese rock garden and water feature, it’s a garden- lovers paradise. 

Guests can spend hours exploring the mature gardens and grounds of this manor house in Kingsbridge, Devon. The impressive formal parterre is quite the spectacle, and the gardens also feature fruit orchards, an ornamental pond and woodlands, with ample opportunity to spot wildlife, have a picnic, or simply admire the views!

An eight-bedroom Victorian villa surrounded by sub-tropical gardens, St Maur is located on the Isle of Wight and offers sea views across the English Channel and the freshest of produce from its own kitchen garden. Many types of palms, a tree fern, cannas, echuims, and even bananas thrive in the mild climate of the Isle of Wight.

In Gunnislake, in Cornwall’s unspoilt Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the wisteria-clad Sandhill House is surrounded by two acres of lavishly planted gardens which bloom year-round.
