The Interactive copywriter will work closely with the Marketing Director to create and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy. This is an extremely diverse position that covers B2B and B2C multi-channel portfolios including websites, social, newsletters, advertising and offline marketing. Collaboration across internal teams and external agencies is required. 

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced copywriter and content creator. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal skills, demonstrated editorial project management skills, and a solid understanding of the online creative development process.

Personal and professional requirements:

The role is to support the Marketing Director and wider business with the creation of compelling and engaging digital content and day to day management of digital and marketing channels.  We are looking for:

  • A pro-active, self-starter with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Interactive Copywriter.
  • A strong portfolio of content that showcases brand  positioning, distinct styles and tone of voice capabilities
  • Excellent content strategy and copywriting skills are essential. Ability to create content that drives engagement, conversation and build communities.
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM best practice.
  • Good understanding of web technologies, best practice, with a background of building and maintaining websites.
  • Create, manage and execute all content to reflect brand guidelines, quality standards and meet SEO targets.
  • Experience of creating site maps, wireframes and content plans.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships internally and externally.


  • A demonstrable editorial experience creating content that inspires conversions and engagement
  • Strong verbal and written skills

  • Excellent administrative approach and ability to create manage and communicate plans from content inception through to delivery.
  • Experience in working with more than one content management system – WordPress preferred.
  • Experience  working with social media scheduling and reporting tools
  • Ability to select imagery to help bring a content piece to life
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
