Recently we asked what the most important thing about running a B&B, guest house or small hotel was, and the overwhelming response was to have happy guests. So, to spread some Christmas cheer we asked our customers what was the nicest review they had this year! According to TripAdvisor, independent properties with less than 25 rooms have an average review score of 4.4/5 whilst rooms with 26-100 rooms have an average of 3.97. So smaller
