Stay Open, Stay Safe.

We can beat this! Adapt, survive and thrive.

As we enter 2021, Covid-19 is sadly still with us, with new lockdowns in place across the country. But although we are facing a dark winter, vaccines provide a beacon of hope, and as long as we all do our part to keep ourselves and those around us safe, we can look forward to a brighter spring.

This hub is designed to help you understand government guidelines, how they affect you and where to find help. It brings together useful materials and resources to help you navigate and overcome these difficult times.

Can I stay open?*

Yes – accommodation providers can be open for anyone who needs it for work purposes, is moving house, is attending a funeral, needs to be away from home for education or training or to attend a medical appointment, or to provide accommodation to vulnerable people.

Even if your doors are shut to most people, your diary should absolutely be open. Most summer bookings are usually made online in January and people are keener than ever to travel again. Don’t miss the pent-up demand!

  • Implement enhanced sanitisation protocols
  • Close bars, restaurants, clubs and common rooms
  • Do not accept wedding or funeral receptions
