We work with over 6,600 properties ranging from stately castles and haunted hill-top hotels to snug shepherd’s huts and beachfront B&Bs. Each one is as individual and unique as the people who run them.

That's why we created an award to celebrate the unique and individual character of our owners, their properties, and the experiences they offer. The winner will offer a truly quirky experience for guests staying at their property. Think castles, shepherd huts, winery tours, feeding the farm animals, maybe even a haunted guest house!

Whatever it is that makes this property unique it will be something that ensures their guests leave with 'a tale to tell!'

Thank you for all your entries, we have been blown away with the number and the quality of submissions that we received this year. It has made pulling together the shortlist a very tough task indeed, and here they are. The winners will be all be announced at our 2017 award ceremony at Café de Paris in London on October 17th.

  • How did you get in to the wonderful world of running guest accommodation?
