  • What Happens Now?

    1. Click on the link in the upgrade email we sent you to confirm your agreement.  A copy will be sent to you and eviivo instantly. If you did not receive our mail about ‘Your RezOvation / Webervations Upgrade Order please let us know.
    2. On receipt of your accepted Upgrade Order Form we will email you your login credentials and you willl be able to access our Getting Started tutorials. When you log in you’ll be able to set your own password and a memorable security question.
    3. When you log in, you will also be asked to agree to eviivo’s general Terms of Service to complete the process.  The Upgrade Order Form provides an effective summary of the options that match your current service level with RezOvation and/or Webervations.  Your new contract with eviivo only comes into effect when you have returned a signed Upgrade Order Form and agreed to our terms of service online. 
    4. Your subscription to eviivo will not be charged until the Rezovation and/or Webervations services are switched off.  If you have prepaid an annual subscription to RezOvation and/or Webervations and your annual subscription is not due to expire until after the eviivo service goes live, you will only be charged at the expected annual renewal date.  However, should you select additional services, you may be charged a one-time upgrade fee to cover the remainder of your original annual subscription.

These are held as webinars with a live presenter to walk you through how to set up your business, rooms, policies and content  (Webinar 1) and how to configure your rates, promos and special offers (webinar 2).   • How Do eviivo’s Features Match My Current Service Levels With RezOvation / Webervations ?

    If you are a RezOvation user, your direct migration path is eviivo connect:

    • My Web* includes our mobile-responsive booking engine, but does not include the full website.
    • My Channel Manager* includes a connection to the Expedia group (including Expedia’s brands: Hotels.com, Bed&Breakfast.com, Orbitz, Travelocity etc.)
    • My Payment Manager* requires an existing merchant account with one of the US banks we support (see below).

    If you are a Webervations user, your direct migration path is eviivo solo:

     

    • My Diary* does not include the ability to record payments and refunds or issue invoices.
    • My Web* is limited to our mobile-responsive booking engine, but does not include the full website.

     

    Once you have migrated adding other options or channels later is really easy!

    And what about my booking history?

    eviivo are committed to loading 24 months of booking history, and of course all your future bookings. The process will work as follows:

    • Before your upgrade we will pre-load 3 months worth of booking history.
    • You will contact us as soon as you are ready to swtich and Go Live. At this point we will load any bookings that were taken in the interim, and all your future bookings.
    • Once we have completed the migration of the entire customer base, we will start loading the remaining 24 months history.  There is a huge volume of data to be migrated with well over 16 million bookings! So this approach is the fastest and safest way to get it done.
    • We advise you to download your entire history by using the tools provided within RezOvation and Webervations.  To find out how, click here for RezOvation and click here for Webervations.
  • Will I Lose Any Functionality?

    eviivo is a completely new platform. As such, it will work differently to what you have been used to and it will take you a little time to get familiarized with this new software. We are confident that eviivo will prove to be an asset to your business, and that you will enjoy the benefits it brings. The most important improvements and benefits of eviivo are:

    • Our award winning diary (or “occupancy map”)
    • A modern, fully responsive booking engine, in both traditional search bar and/or calendar format.
    • Great promos and packaging capabilities.
    • Deep, instant, comprehensive channel connectivity – on competitive rates.

    However, in the first instance, there are also a few shortcomings:

    • eviivo do not offer any support for Yapstone (InnPayment), Intuit or Quickbooks.
    • eviivo do not offer gift certificate functionality.

    …but we have some workarounds! To manage card payments, you have 3 options:

    1. If you have an existing merchant account with one of the 6 major US banks we support (see payment section further down on this page) you can use eviivo’s Payment Manager instead of Intuit or Yapstone.  Payment Manager allows you to validate, pre-authorise, charge or refund a card directly within the software, at the mere click of a button.
    2. If you are interested in Payment Manager but do not work with any of the US banks we support, you can use our special Fast-Track service to open a new merchant account with First Data, on incredibly competitive rates, pre-negotiated on your behalf by eviivo.
    3. You can also continue to use Intuit or Yapstone/Innpayment.  Your can safely input card details in the eviivo system, and eviivo will safely receive card details supplied by online travel agencies.  However, if  your payment processor is not integrated in eviivo suite you will not be able to charge/refund the card directly within the eviivo software. To process the payment you will need to manually re-enter the card details in your card reader (or in the Intuit or Yapstone payment software), and once the payment is successful, record in in the eviivo system prior to generating an invoice.  Instead of using a card reader.  Please note that we have engaged with Intuit to develop integration with their payment solution early 2019, by which time the extra manual step with Intuit will no longer be necessary.

    To input booking data into Quickbooks or into some other accounting software, you can easily export booking and payment data into an Excel or CSV file, and reimport the information in Quickbooks. Longer term, eviivo plan to work with Quickbook to deliver better integration.

    To manage Gift Certificates, you can store the Gift Certificate ID and its value against the guest profile.  Then, when the guest arrives and quotes the Gift Certificate ID,  you can check its validity and apply a standard “Gift Certificate deduction” to the guest’s final bill, using the Gift Certificate ID as reference and the appropriate value.   • How Do I Get Help To Learn & Configure eviivo My Set Up?

    From experience, we believe it is best to learn and configure your eviivo set up in two steps, and have developed the below program to help you do this.

    • Top tip: Most critical to your success is the need to gather brilliant photos and mouth-watering descriptions for your business. A large number of Rezo/Weber photos fall short of the 2MB high-resolution quality required in the digital world, so you should look at this as an opportunity to refresh your stock.  Good photos can improve sales by 30%!
    • Top tip: When you login to eviivo for the first time, you will find some of your data has already been imported so you should check and verify each area and setting thoroughly. Final future bookings and guest data will be imported at the time we activate your account and you go live.

What's happening with eviivo, RezOvation and Webervations?

eviivo announced that the company acquired two software tools, RezOvation and Webervations, owned by BedandBreakfast.com, a HomeAway® brand and part of Expedia Group. The acquisition will give RezOvation and Webervations customers full access to eviivo’s award-winning booking management platform.

Who are eviivo?

eviivo are the number one booking management platform for independent hosts and hoteliers in Europe, with over 16,000 customers worldwide. eviivo suiteTM, the flagship product, has won a host of accolades, including Travolution’s Best Technology Product and an Expedia Global Innovator Award. Will I have to upgrade from my current booking system?

Yes, both the RezOvation and Webervations tools will eventually be withdrawn.  The upgrade will be a simple, automated move to eviivo. We expect that some level of re-training will be necessary and our team will be here to help you every step of the way.

Why should I upgrade to eviivo?

Upgrading to eviivo gives you the opportunity to continue your service seamlessly on an award-winning booking management platform with enhanced features, excellent customer service and new distribution channels.  The most attractive enhancements available with eviivo are:

When do I need to migrate by?

Both the RezOvation and Webervations tools will eventually be withdrawn. The upgrade will be a simple, automated move to eviivo. We expect that some level of re-training will be necessary and our team will be here to help you every step of the way. We estimate that the current applications will cease working in Quarter 1 of 2019.

What does eviivo offer?

Packed with powerful and innovative technology, eviivo’s platform operates in the cloud – enabling innkeepers to compete on an equal footing with larger hotel chains, whilst keeping it affordable. We are offering RezOvation and Webervations customers a choice of three upgrade options:

  1. eviivo soloTM a beautifully designed mobile-responsive booking engine, with easy to use booking management and card retrieval.

 

  1. eviivo connectTM offers an industry leading reservation and rate management tool, a mobile responsive booking engine, deep integration to the Expedia Group distribution network and/or Booking.com (depending on current usage).

 

  1. eviivo suiteTM offers enhanced functionality, a including connectivity to more global online travel agencies, customer review and direct marketing management tools, promotional management and a comprehensive reporting dashboard.

Will I lose any features upgrading?

The main change you will notice is a move to a new, feature-rich user interface.  Overall, eviivo offers a wider range of options and integrations than RezOvation and Webervations, but some level of retraining will be required as the user interface and navigation method is different.

eviivo does not currently provide any level of integration to Intuit or Yapstone. To use the My Payment Manager service, you must set up and open an e-commerce merchant account so payment processing can be enabled. A merchant account can be opened with any of: First Data, Chase Paymentech, Wells Fargo, Suntrust, Bank of America, Citibank or PNC. In the coming months we plan to open access to a wider range of US banks.

If you do not have an account with one of the banks mentioned, we have partnered with Card Connect (a First Data company) to secure merchant services with very competitive rates and easy set-up within 5 working days. How does eviivo manage gift certificates?

eviivo does not currently support gift certificates in the same way as RezOvation, so gift certificate information will not be migrated. Instead, there are a number of ways that we can help you support the redemption of gift certificates using our Promo Manager technology.   We will cover this off in detail in your training sessions. We will provide more information on redemption and tracking progress as we advance with the upgrade, however, this will require manual steps to manage.

Does eviivo integrate with QuickBooks?

We don’t integrate with QuickBooks, but you do have the ability to easily export data and reports to a CSV file that can be imported into QuickBooks.

What languages is eviivo available in?

eviivo is available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. Customer service is also available in Arabic.

What happens if I've paid in advance for my Webervations/RezOvation service?

Customers upgrading to eviivo will enjoy full credit for any unused RezOvation or Webervations subscription months.

What's needed from me to upgrade to eviivo?

We will need a commitment of 2-4 hours of your time, depending on the number and the size of businesses you own, to better understand the new features and how they can benefit you.

How does the upgrade process work?

Our team will guide you through every step of the process.

  • Your business data will be imported into the eviivo platform automatically.
  • Your login details will be issued as soon as you have accepted eviivo’s terms and conditions and confirmed payment details for your subscription.
  • You will be invited to an initial training webinar explaining how to review and update the configuration of your business, your rooms, your content (photos and descriptions) and policies, and how to manage a booking.
  • This will shortly be followed by a second webinar training session focused on how to set up your rates, promos, and extras charges.
  • We expect both sessions to be a few days apart, which should give you enough time to review the configuration and familiarise yourself with the eviivo platform. During this time, you will be able to contact us by asking questions via Live Chat.
  • Shortly after the second webinar, one of our friendly agents will contact you to activate eviivo and deactivate RezOvation/Webervations. During the call, we will review your booking pages, make sure you or your web designer have set up the booking widget properly on your website and ensure that your channel connection to the Expedia Group network or Priceline is ready to go live. We will also check if it’s necessary to block rooms or import last minute bookings from one system to the other. Make sure you have the following information at hand for go live: 1. Full password access to your domain and the extranet of the agencies you wish to connect to.2. Accurate information on the commission rate and payment method in place with the travel agencies you work with.
  • At go live, your existing RezOvation/Webervations account will be deactivated as eviivo is activated.  Payment of your subscription to eviivo will start the following month. If you have paid in advance for RezOvation/Webervations, payment of your subscription to eviivo will start when your RezOvation/Webervations subscription expires.

How long will the upgrade process take?

Migration will take place over one to two weeks depending on your availability, the size and complexity of your business and the number of properties you own. Once your eviivo account is live you will benefit from online support seven days a week, allowing you to ask questions to our friendly experts via Live Chat when logged into eviivo.

Is there any risk of downtime as I switch from RezOvation/Webervations to eviivo?

eviivo is an existing Expedia Group preferred partner, meaning HomeAway will partner with eviivo to ensure a smooth transition for innkeeper customers, utilizing the current property management or booking tool software solutions. The same team is responsible for both the connection of your eviivo system and the disconnection of your RezOvation/Webervations system.  We will ensure that there is minimal disruption to the service.

Will all of my existing data fields be migrated into eviivo?

We are looking to migrate across all of the data & photography that can be mapped to a relevant field in eviivo. Our expectation is that this will cover all data. Before you go live on eviivo, you will have the opportunity to review the migration data and complete any additional fields (there are many more options in eviivo).

How much historic guest and booking data will be migrated?

Your past 24 months of booking data will automatically be imported into eviivo. You are able to simply export any previous data to a CSV file that can be kept in hard or soft format – our support can assist you with this.

Can I access a demo account to play around with?

Once we send you details of your upgrade package, you review and sign this we will send you logon details to the eviivo system. We will provide training webinars and support material to make sure that you make the most of the upgrade. We will only activate the upgrade once you are happy with everything!

Will I still be able to connect to my current OTA channels?

eviivo provides connectivity to all major channels currently supported by RezOvation. These include:  Expedia.com, Expedia Partner Solutions channels, Orbitz, Hotels.com, Egencia, HomeAway including VBRO & BedandBreakfast.com, as well as Priceline, Google Hotel Ads, Airbnb, and TripAdvisor Instant Book. These channels are fully integrated with eviivo and all bookings sourced from these channels are therefore managed in the same way through the same interface. eviivo does not currently provide any level of integration to Sabre (GDS).

What can you tell me about the support I'll get after upgrading?

Our teams share a common goal – the success of your training and your activation on the new platform. Where is the support team located?

We have support teams in Austin, Texas and across Europe. The support team dealing with our RezOvation/Webervations customers is based in Austin, Texas.

Will I still be able to speak to the same team I’ve always dealt with?

You can rest assured that you will be supported by someone who is familiar with your business. We are working on integrating the RezOvation, Webervations and eviivo teams at a new office in Austin, Texas. This team will take care of your customer service, your upgrade, and your training on the new features offered on the eviivo platform.

What are eviivo's fees for processing card payments?

eviivo is not a merchant bank. We integrate with your merchant to provide you with a seamless payment service, so the processing fees are determined by your merchant bank. For the safe storage of customer card details within eviivo and the cost of integrating with your merchant bank we charge a small fee of $0.50 per confirmed booking.

Will I still be able to accept fee free bookings direct to my website?

Absolutely! Helping our customers drive direct commission-free bookings is one of the key drives for us here at eviivo. In addition to your beautiful new booking engine, we can also provide tools to help drive traffic to your website and make sure that it is the cheapest place to book your rooms!

What happens if I’ve paid in advance for my RezOvation or Webervations service?

Customers upgrading to eviivo suite will enjoy full credit for any unused RezOvation or Webervations subscription months.

Is the cost of eviivo based on current online bookings only, or also offline bookings?

You are only charged commissions on reservations from external channels. Any bookings taken direct on your website or offline are covered by the eviivo standard fees.

Do I have to use eviiivo's payment processing, or can I charge guests myself?

Although we can integrate with many US merchant providers, we appreciate some of our customers may wish to process payments outside of the eviivo system. Should you choose this option we will still collect guest credit card details (including CVC) at booking and store these securely within eviivo. This is available for you to view within the ‘Cards’ tab, within the booking in the eviivo diary.

Can I continue to charge guests directly?

Yes, it’s really simple to add an offline booking to eviivo. You simply select the first day on the reservation calendar to see a simple booking form where you can enter your guest’s details (including credit card info), confirm the booking, send a communication to the guest and update your available inventory. All within a few clicks!

Can I require full or partial payment to confirm a reservation?

Yes. Your deposit collection policy is driven by you, and you can even have different policies applied to different rates (i.e. a 100% deposit on a cheaper rate vs 50% on a more expensive one), or tier your deposit collection over a number of dates.

Does eviivo offer seasonal or dynamic pricing?

Yes. Our pricing calendar allows you to add charging periods or seasons very easily. Once the season is set up it’s easy to associate special rates to it. If you currently have this set up within RezOvation we’ll migrate it across for you!

What kind of promotional rates does eviivo allow?

Our My Promo Manager tool allows you to automatically apply a range of promotional offers – from instant deals to promo codes to rate per room or even person. The rules – in relation to how much and when the discount is applied – are controlled by you.

Will I be able to sell extras, like shampoo or car parking?

Any additional extras can be added to a guest booking. You can choose to offer these extras as part of the booking flow on your booking engine, manually add them to a booking, or even mandate them at check-in or booking. The choice is yours! We plan to import your extras from RezOvations/Webervations so they will be in eviivo when you first login.

Am I able to require a package (e.g. breakfast) be purchased when booking a room?

Of course. You can set a default board basis to your ‘base rate’.

Does eviivo offer any automated yield management tools?

There are some yield tools within eviivo. Using our My Promo Manager product, you can automate last-minute discounting for distressed rooms. In addition, we can set automatic increasing of prices when availability drops below a certain amount.

Do I need to use a website provided by eviivo?

eviivo customers can opt to have a full, free website provided by eviivo but this is not mandatory. If you already have a website but want to enable it for online bookings/payments, you can integrate eviivo’s secure booking engine into it.

Is eviivo ADA compliant?

Within the eviivo system, you can hold descriptive content that is specific to travellers with special needs. Specific copy can be held for those guest who may have specific requirements with mobility, hearing or vision.

What does 'full control of policies' for OTA channels mean?

Your cancellation and deposit policies are set within eviivo, then applied across all channels you opt into. We will always communicate these policies to your guests via the booking engine, your OTA channels and the confirmation emails that we send to them. You are free to amend your policies at any time, which will instantly update everywhere you advertise.

Can I create customized emails to send guests automatically?

Sure! Our Guest Manager functionality allows you to add personalization to the automated emails that are sent to your guests. You can add personalized messages, pull in details from their bookings or even add images to these communications. Although we’re all about automation, personalization is really important, and a key goal of ours is to enable you to stamp your personality on anything that is presented to your guest.

Does eviivo have automated pre-arrival and post-checkout e-mails to guests?

Yes. You can send up to 9 scheduled emails to your guests – 3 x pre-arrival, 3 x during their stay, 3 post-checkout. This is, of course, in addition to the booking event-related emails such as confirmations & payment receipts.

Can I add attachments to guest emails?

With our Guest Manager service, you can customize all emails heavily. Adding content, photos, files or even driving instructions and google map links!

Can I capture guest emails if they book through an OTA channel?

Yes. Some OTAs use encrypted emails and any emails sent to these email addresses via the eviivo system will be delivered to the guest. We suggest that when checking your guests in that you use our Guest Registration feature and capture their email address (along with other information that you need). You can then amend the encrypted email address in eviivo with the correct one. This will be stored to your guest database – simple!

Does eviivo have bulk email send features?

Emails from eviivo are sent to guests on an individual guest or booking basis. Although eviivo has lots of customizable email options, it is not a CRM tool. You can, however, easily export data from eviivo into an email/marketing platform (such as MailChimp) to drive your CRM activity. Data can be exported in multiple formats including Excel or CSV.

Can I export guest email addresses?

Yes. You can easily export data from our system and upload this to any 3rd party service. You can export in multiple formats – including Excel or CSV – which can be uploaded to Gmail as well as most other email clients.

Will my existing email templates be moved over to eviivo?

The email builder technology is very different in eviivo to RezOvation, meaning we’ll be unable to migrate email templates. We suggest that once you have access to eviivo, you copy/paste the email text from Rezovation into the eviivo email scheduler. Once your personal salutations are in, there is a multitude of booking data that you can automatically add to the communication. Don’t worry, we are here to support with this and we’ll explain in detail how to do this. Of course, we’re just a phone call away if you need any 1-on-1 help.

Am I able to require a package (e.g. breakfast) be purchased when booking a room?

Of course. You can set a default board basis to your ‘base rate’.

Does eviivo offer any automated yield management tools?

Do I need to use a website provided by eviivo?

eviivo customers can opt to have a full, free website provided by eviivo but this is not mandatory. If you already have a website but want to enable it for online bookings/payments, you can integrate eviivo’s secure booking engine into it.

Is eviivo ADA compliant?

Within the eviivo system, you can hold descriptive content that is specific to travellers with special needs. Specific copy can be held for those guest who may have specific requirements with mobility, hearing or vision.

What does 'full control of policies' for OTA channels mean?

Your cancellation and deposit policies are set within eviivo, then applied across all channels you opt into. We will always communicate these policies to your guests via the booking engine, your OTA channels and the confirmation emails that we send to them. You are free to amend your policies at any time, which will instantly update everywhere you advertise.

What is the advantage of eviivo providing my website?

eviivo customers can opt to have a full, free website provided by eviivo. All you need is to register your domain and we will create & host your website as part of your subscription. Our booking pages are Google-friendly and optimized for mobile/cell devices. In addition, we give you the tools to run website exclusive offers. Should you wish, we are also able to host guest reviews directly on your website (these reviews are moderated within eviivo). The inclusion of consumer-generated content is a great driver of organic traffic to your site. We have a number of web templates that you can choose from. Can I turn off the guest review feature?

Of course, should you not wish us to request customer reviews we will not apply the Guest Manager service to your account.

Will I still be able to accept fee free bookings direct to my website?

Absolutely! Helping our customers drive direct commission-free bookings is one of the key drives for us here at eviivo. In addition to your beautiful new booking engine, we can also provide tools to help drive traffic to your website and make sure that it is the cheapest place to book your rooms!

How does the eviivo availabliity calendar work?

In addition to the traditional ‘check In/Out’ query, you can configure your booking engine to display a ‘booking calendar’. This will display a full 3 months of availability. You can have a look at one of our existing customer’s use of this here: https://via.eviivo.com/en-GB/SpeyPH26 If you choose our My Channel Manager service, we will link your calendar with each channel you connect with and keep all calendars in perfect sync.

Can I ensure guests agree to our Ts&Cs before accepting their booking?

The eviivo booking engine displays your booking terms & conditions at the time of booking and your guests agree to these at the same time. In addition, booking terms & conditions are clearly outlined in the automatic confirmation email sent via the eviivo system.

Can I use eviivo to manage multiple properties?

Yes. We have a great multi-property feature that allows you to advertise all properties from just one booking engine.

Does eviivo recognize return guests when they make a booking online?

Yes, eviivo recognizes returning guests by using an email address as a unique identifier. There are reporting features within eviivo that allow you to report on the number of bookings and value of bookings per guest over a period of time.

Which OTA channels do you work with?

eviivo offers seamless integration with all major OTAs globally, including the complete Expedia family of websites – Expedia, travelocity, Hotels.com, HomeAway, VBRO and more – as well as Booking.com, GoogleHotelAds, TripAdvisor (Instant Book or PPC), Airbnb and agoda.

Will I still be able to connect to my current OTA channels?

eviivo provides connectivity to all major channels currently supported by RezOvation. These include: Expedia.com, Expedia Partner Solutions channels, Orbitz, Hotels.com, Egencia, HomeAway including VBRO & BedandBreakfast.com, as well as Priceline, Google Hotel Ads, Airbnb, and TripAdvisor Instant Book. These channels are fully integrated with eviivo and all bookings sourced from these channels are therefore managed in the same way through the same interface. eviivo does not currently provide any level of integration to Sabre (GDS).

Will my current OTA profiles be used, or will I need to set up new ones?

If you have an existing account with an OTA we will connect with this account, rather than set you a new one. We will sync all of the data within eviivo and your connected OTAs. The one exception to this is HomeAway. If you currently work with HomeAway directly we will require you to close down your existing account and will create a new one for you. Any guest reviews will be migrated from the old to the new account (this is something that we will do for you).

Is connecting to OTA channels required?

Definitely not. You are in control of your business, and if you don’t want to advertise on OTAs, that’s fine. If and when you do, we’ll make it as simple and painless as possible.

Can I offer only some of my rooms on OTA channels?

Of course – you are in control at all times and can choose which rate plans & rooms are sold where. If you only want to give OTA channels certain rooms then this is possible – as long as the rooms have an exclusive rate plan attached. It’s easy to manage and we’ll cover off the details in training!

Can I show different prices to different OTAs and another price on my website?

Absolutely – eviivo puts you in control to advertise each rate, special offer, and room on whatever channel you want. We do recommend keeping this simple though! For example, you can set your OTA rates and apply a % direct booking discount. This way your direct rates will always be pegged to your OTA rates.

What are eviivo's OTA commission levels?

eviivo has no role in the setting commission levels for OTA channels. When you contract with OTAs via our channel manager they will offer you their market rate (generally between 15- 18%). Note that eviivo does not charge any additional commission on top of this.

How do OTAs get paid their commission?

We make this really easy for you, and can settle most of your OTA commissions into one single eviivo invoice. The exceptions to this are Booking.com & Airbnb, who will reconcile commissions/payments with you directly.

Does eviivo work with associations, and allow customers to display availability on these sites?

Yes, we offer associations free ‘white label’ website solutions to display the availability of all members. We are reaching out to US associations now to discuss this.

What sort of reports does eviivo provide?

eviivo has a robust reporting and analytics suite, which allows you to automatically query and view information very quickly – great for keeping on top of the business. You can easily print or export data (i.e. booking, pricing, payments) into other applications in a choice of formats – including Excel and CSV.

Can I export reports to create a mailing list?

Yes. All reports can easily be exported to Excel and CSV to allow you to use the data in other applications.

Does eviivo have housekeeping reports?

Yes, our reporting suite includes a Housekeeping report that can easily be printed off. This shows room change-over activity that can be used by your housekeeping team.

Do reports show taxes and payments?

Yes. All of our pricing reports display pricing with appropriate US taxes.

Does eviivo allow duplicate guest info to be merged?

Yes, it is possible to merge guest profiles within eviivo.
