Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction 

By submitting property information via the provided forms, you agree to these Terms and Conditions for the chance to be featured in the upcoming publications (the “Books”), in celebration of Independent Accommodation Day 2025 (the “Event”), organized by eviivo (the “Organizer”), a hospitality software company located at Fora Clerkenwell, 2nd Floor, 9 Dallington Street in London, UK. Selection is at the discretion of the judges. 

2. Submission Requirements 

To participate, you are required to fully complete the submission forms provided by the Organizer, ensuring that all requested information and materials are accurately provided. 

3. Books 

The selected properties will be featured in the following books: 

  • Inspired Stays, Local Flavors 
  • Unexpected Details, Indelible Impressions 

4. Selection Process 

A panel of judges will review submissions, and selected properties will be featured in the Books. The Organizer and judges reserve the right to select or reject any submission at their sole discretion. 

5. Rights and Permissions 

By submitting your property details: 

  • You confirm that you have the right to use and share all content submitted, including images and property descriptions. 
  • You grant the Organizer the right to use, modify, and distribute the submitted materials in the Books, as well as across social media, marketing materials, press coverage, and other promotional purposes, including digital and print media. 

6. Ownership 

You retain ownership of the submitted content but grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, publish, and distribute your content as part of the Books and in related promotional materials, including social media, marketing, and press coverage. 

7. Liability 

The Organizer is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content submitted or published. Inclusion in the Books is not guaranteed and does not imply any specific outcomes. 

8. Changes and Cancellations 

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the Books OR Event at its discretion. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes. 

9. Data Protection 

Personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of the Independent Accommodation Day event and the Books and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law. Individuals submitting information may continue to receive promotional communications from eviivo. They may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email received. All personal information collected in connection with this Event and the Books will be used in accordance with eviivo’s privacy policy, which can be reviewed at www.eviivo.com/legal/privacy.
