Do you offer a free trial?
We do not offer free trials. However, you can schedule a FREE personalized demo to see how eviivo Suite works for your business and explore the features most relevant to your needs. Our team will always walk you through the platform and answer any questions you have before you make a commitment.
However, when you first onboard, eviivo gives you the first 30 days for free as a way to familiarize yourself with the system. Thereafter, your subscription is billed in arrears. Effectively, this means that can enjoy full use of the software for 60 days before any cash outlay is required.
What’s included in my monthly cost?
Every eviivo Suite subscription includes the core tools you need to manage your accommodation:
- A user-friendly booking calendar and property management system to help you manage inventories, rates, availability, and all the content necessary to describe your accommodation
- A powerful booking engine and/or website
- A channel manager giving you access to all major OTA channels, GDS platforms, and hundreds of niche of regional channels
- eviivo Mobile™, the award-winning mobile app for on-the-go management
- Access to eviivo’s extensive marketplace and free open APIs (subject to security checks)
From there, you can upgrade your core subscription with optional add-ons such as automated payment processing, unified AI-powered guest communications, advanced promotional tools and dynamic pricing, advanced reporting and accounting integration, a housekeeping dashboard, ownership management tools (if you are a property management company), remote lock management and/or an online Welcome Guide. Worth noting: these add-ons do not overlap with eviivo Suite’s core functionality. They are each a set of discrete additional features – so we are not charging you twice for the same thing.
Does eviivo charge commissions or take a % revenue share?
No. eviivo does not take any revenue share and does not apply additional commission over and above any OTA’s own commission rate.
Unlike many other providers, eviivo does not charge a percentage-based per-booking fee, and we do not apply hidden fees such as uplifted OTA commission or uplifted card fees.
However, if you elect to subscribe to our messaging and/or payment services (both optional), we charge a small usage fee designed primarily to cover third-party costs such as payment gateway charges, PCI compliance, AI tokens, and data and messaging costs.
This takes the form of a flat processing fee of $0.50 ($0.75 in Canada) / €0.50 / £0.50 that is applicable to confirmed bookings only (no matter how many automated messages, payments or refunds are processed per booking).
eviivo’s subscription and transaction fees (where applicable) are fixed and flat. They only rise if you increase the inventory you manage on the platform. They do not increase when you grow revenues through higher rates, increased occupancy levels, or longer stays. And when your inventory capacity increases, our degressive volume pricing program ensures that you pay less per available room.
eviivo is also committed to transparent pricing. There are no hidden fees when you subscribe to our software, and we do not tie you to a single payment processor.
Can I switch plans or update my number of listings at any time?
Yes! eviivo Suite is designed to scale with your business. You can add or remove listings and/or upgrade or downgrade optional features at any time.
