Customer Service Advisors assist eviivo customers in understanding how best to use eviivo technology and resolve any technical problems they may be experiencing with the eviivo software.
They provide multi-channel support and advice to our hundreds of eviivo customers using phone, live chat or web portal methods equally comfortably.
They are trained to handle general business inquiries, usually related to guest reservations and interact with major travel agencies like Booking.com, Expedia, Laterooms to more complex issues including issues related to Windows, anti-virus and/or firewall settings for example.
They usually have a Bachelor in Computer Science, Languages or equivalent, are interested in technologies and like to solve technical issues.
Customer Support is a fast-paced environment so it is important to be able to work under pressure.
