Its flagship product, eviivo suite, aims to provide hoteliers and hosts with a convenient all-in-one solution that makes it easy for them to manage online bookings, guests and travel agencies. Today, eviivo’s customer base consists of 30,000 small independent B&Bs, guesthouses, vacation rentals and hotels using eviivo suite day-in day-out to run their business.

Responsibilities

You will be the face of eviivo in the DACH market and also work as part of a global marketing team.

Strategic Networking:

  • Engage with industry stakeholders and potential leads through effective networking at events, through social networks and via partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships, aiming to convert interactions into tangible business opportunities.

Event Management:

  • Establish a strategic calendar of events to attend or host, ensuring consistent engagement with our target market for lead generation.
  • Organise bespoke events tailored to attract and engage target prospects and partners, ensuring alignment with our strategic growth objectives.
  • Assess the effectiveness of these events in terms of ROI and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Build, host and present webinars based on a thorough understanding of the eviivo suite.
  • Ensure continuous development of new leads through events and social media.

Social Media:

  • Work with the social media manager to develop strong content for DACH.
  • Create and translate video content for social media based on a strong understanding of eviivo Suite.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitors and travel tech trends on social media.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Use existing collateral to develop and maintain eviivo’s tone of voice across the website, email campaigns, and event invites, tailored to engage our target audience effectively.
  • Lead, develop and execute 1 of 4 major marketing campaigns per year, focusing on creativity, impact, and measurable outcomes.
  • Analyse campaign performance to inform and optimise future marketing strategies.
  • Build highly targeted email sequences as part of a marketing or specific sales campaign.

Partnership and influencer Development:

  • Forge and nurture strategic partnerships and influencers that contribute to our growth and market presence.
  • Develop and execute collaborative campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.

Day-to-day:

  • Translate various pieces of content from English to German and adapt them to the DACH market (crucial task on a weekly basis). This includes emails, articles, white papers, case studies, customer testimonials, social media and videos.
  • Responsible for improving website SEO through keyword optimisation, backlink building and relevant content generation, among other techniques.
  • Work with external parties or platforms to continue to develop a strong leads database to target.

About You

  • Eligible to work in Germany
  • Master’s degree diploma is required
  • 3 years of experience in marketing and communication
  • Experience in the SaaS / Software industry, travel tech is a plus
  • Languages: you must have a native level of German (written and spoken) and a fluent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable and engaging when presenting eviivo suite on webinars, podcasts, events…, being the face of eviivo in the DACH market
  • High energy, driven and passionate about networking, building relationships with customers, partners and third parties
  • Easy communication style internally, desire to share as work progresses to ensure entire team is kept abreast of campaign progression. Willingness to seek input on major pieces (i.e. home page, major Video Assets, major Articles PR, major priority campaigns) ahead of their finalization.
  • Tech-savvy
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with working under pressure as well as a team player working closely with the Marketing & Sales teams.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, and other analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience with email marketing, email campaign management and copywriting
  • Experience managing SEM/PPC, SEO, display, retargeting, affiliates, CRM and social
  • Analytical and with a data-driven mindset
