eviivo has today announced that it is the recipient of the “TravelTech Mobile App of the Year” award in the inaugural TravelTech Breakthrough Awards program conducted by TravelTech Breakthrough, a leading independent market intelligence organization that evaluates and recognizes standout travel technology companies, products and services around the globe.
eviivo Mobile is a mobile app for the independent accommodation sector that allows users to manage their bookings, guests, travel agencies and stakeholders. eviivo Mobile gives customers the freedom to manage daily operations anywhere, anytime, without relinquishing core features and functionality.
Additionally, eviivo Mobile is the first app in the independent accommodation sector to include a cleaning dashboard, enabling users to coordinate housekeeping and maintenance from their mobile devices. Other convenient features, displayed in an easy to read and use manner, include: quick-action dashboards, instant notifications, daily, real-time snapshots of KPIs and analytics as well as instant overviews of new bookings, arrivals, departures and in-house guests. The app also integrates users’ opted-in Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), so that in-app rate changes are automatically updated on those channels, helping customers to optimize revenues and respond to changes in demand. In addition, the app’s ‘Daily Snapshot’ screen helps customers manage cash flow efficiently by presenting deposits due, card declines and payment statuses.
eviivo is also rolling out additional functionality, including a unified messaging inbox for users to manage guest communications from Booking.com and Airbnb via the app, and implementing improvements to payment flows.
