What have the eviivo team been up to in 2016?

Company News |

While the eviivo team have been working hard this year to make sure that your eviivo suite is the best it can possibly be, sometimes we take time out of the office to do some awesome stuff.

Here’s what some of the team got up to in 2016:

Our Head of Marketing Thomas Messett traded office-life for an adventure by going kayaking in Norway.

Our Distribution Performance Manager, Joanna Newsome put on a performance of her own by doing two sell-out gigs at Electric Brixton with her 300-strong choir, Some Voices, as a tribute to David Bowie.

Our Customer Support Manager Hemanshu Malaviya helped to raise over £300 for Men’s Mental Health with Movember… he had a little help from a cute new addition to his family!

Our Business Development Director Ian Hardwick took some time away from the office to run the Denbies Bacchus half marathon where they were treated to a wine tasting at each of the water stations.

It was a big year for our IT Manager Mike Ellis who told his partner that he’d won an all-expenses paid trip to Bruges, but really he was getting engaged! Sneakiness level 100!

Our Territory Manager for Ireland, John Williams found some peace away from the city at Wat Po Thai Massage School in Bangkok and became a qualified Thai masseur.

Our Partnership Executive Alex Byrne trained hard to prepare himself for a 10k run, and completed it!

Our Marketing Executive Jessica Noone managed to tick off one of the 7 wonders of the world by walking along the Great Wall of China

Our Account Performance Manager in France Laurence Cazeils visited the West Indies and crossed the Martinique Passage (which is famous for being dangerous) with a catamaran to visit Dominica, then climbed the mountain to reach a boiling lake. Wow!

It was another big year for Markus Becker, who is our Business Development Executive based in Germany. He proposed to his girlfriend and two days later he got a job at eviivo, then just two days after that he was flown over to our London HQ to start working. Looks like the best things come in twos!

And finally one of our Customer Support Advisers, Amanda Cozer, went hiking and wild camping in the lake district for a few days with her dog and boyfriend.

We look forward to seeing what the team gets up to in 2017!
