2019 has been a super successful year for eviivo and all our staff. Across the globe, the eviivo team has accomplished wonderful things over the past 12 months. Take a look at what we’ve been up to:
Jamie, our Junior Software Engineer, travelled to Canada to surprise his girlfriend and proposed to her (she said yes!)
The French team pulled off the biggest eviivo Awards in Paris yet and served looks that rival any Vogue cover.
R&D and Support teams in London united after Lewis colonised Support’s table. They got on so well that they continue to eat together. Here they are enjoying a chicken-fuelled lunch (thanks for the invite, guys!) 😛
Chelsea Blaylock, our Marketing & Partnerships Manager in the US office, got married in Austin this past November. Congratulations to the happy couple!
Wooly the sheep and some eviivo helpers took part in the Thames Treasure Trail hunt across London – and won in the fastest time ever! Thanks to the Family Holiday Association for organising such a fun event for a worthy cause.
Salma Cherif, our Customer Support Team Leader in the Tunis office, married the love of her life after 9 years together. We wish you many more years of happiness.
Senda Blidi, General Manager Assistant in the Tunisia office, narrowly escaped being hit by Hurricane Dorian in The Bahamas! We’re glad you’re safe, Senda!
After nearly killing himself, his father and his electrician, Lewis, Product Designer in the London office, moved into his first house with his fiancé following 3 months of renovations. Check out his Instagram page – @redecourtrenovation
Donatella and Shahila in the Rome office ran their first 5km marathon – the Deejay Run.
After 10 years, Clemence from the Lyon office decided to start singing again in a choir. She was very touched to see an emotional audience as they sang ♫ Oh happy days! ♫
Valentine, our Distribution Connectivity Executive, and Marie from French Partnerships, took a 10-day road trip together across the stunning Scottish countryside in August. They met loads of nice people and saw some breath-taking landscapes.
After 12 months of a challenging and exhausting renovation, Product Manager Nicolas eventually moved into his new home. It’s not fully completed yet, but he’s very grateful to his father who helped him achieve his ‘instragrammable’ flat and his partner for her patience.
Dominic, Connectivity Product Designer in London, travelled the world in the first half of 2019. He says the best part was hiking Torres del Paine in Chile! Well done for carrying all your camping equipment on your back for 4 days, Dominic!
Farhat, our Activation and Training Agent in the Dusseldorf office, received eleven 5-Star Trustpilot reviews within 5 Weeks – an amazing achievement! About her position at eviivo, Farhat says “I am very happy working at eviivo. What inspires me the most is the software and my beautiful colleagues.”
In June 2019, eviivo US moved to their new offices in Austin, Texas!

Filipa, from the London office, enjoyed her honeymoon in Zanzibar. She fulfilled one of her dreams of having a meal at “The Rock”. Which, in her words, is “one of the coolest restaurants I have been to with the best views I’ve even seen.”
Navin and Philip, who both represent the Spanish market, appeared on TV this year off the back of partnering with Aviturga, a non-profit association that represents vacation rentals in Galicia. This partnership gives vacation rental owners the opportunity to create their own eviivo-powered website to take bookings all year round.
And finally… Here at the eviivo London office, we celebrated our best Christmas party yet! Santa paid a visit (and had a few drinks), we tested our luck on the mini casino, enjoyed some fabulous music (courtesy of X Factor Australia star, Tabitha) and ate loads of delicious food.
It’s been a great year for everyone at eviivo in 2019 and we look forward to seeing what the team get up to in 2020!
