We’ve always been proud to be part of the incredible B&B industry, and want to see our customers thrive and celebrate their successes wherever we can.

Now, for the first time, we’re publishing a collection of 40 delicious breakfast recipes from past awards winners, finalists and eviivo customers. Full of unique and delicious breakfasts from the length and breadth of Britain for you to try at home, this book showcases the culinary creativity of our independent hosts and hoteliers. The recipes cover the traditional alongside the exotic and unusual, including:
- Mushrooms on toast, with garam masala and savoury crunchies
- Duck egg, chorizo and guacamole on cornbread
