Our flagship product, eviivo suite, aims to provide hoteliers and hosts with a convenient all-in-one solution that makes it easy for them to manage online bookings, guests and travel agencies. Today, our customer base consists of 30,000 small independent B&Bs, Guesthouses, Vacation Rental Owners and Hotels using eviivo suite day-in day-out to run their business.
We operate in the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany and North America.
Responsibilities
You assist eviivo’s clients based in the Italian-speaking market. The team is made up of experienced professionals and new talent, and we handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. It’s a fast-paced work environment where multitasking and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
- Provide support and guidance in Italian via phone, email, and chat, resolving 85% of queries at first contact.
- Assist eviivo clients in troubleshooting issues they may encounter with the eviivo software.
- Access clients’ computers to resolve technical issues, including analysing the impact of antivirus software and firewalls.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the R&D team using the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed customer service key performance indicators.
- Identify recurring issues and report them to the management team.
About You
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role of product support, technical helpdesk, customer service
- Native/fluent level of Italian and good English (spoken and written)
- Tech lover – you’ll spend your time solving technical issues on the computer
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for ‘right 1st time’ approach to service
- Ability to analyse errors
- You are meticulous, you pay attention to details
- Polite, professional, calm under pressure and self-motivated to meet targets
