1. Promoter

This prize draw is promoted by eviivo.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who register to attend IHS and represent an accommodation business. Employees of eviivo and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Eligible attendees will automatically be entered into the prize draw by selecting the relevant opt-in on the IHS registration form. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Competition Period

Entries must be submitted before the close of IHS registration. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive a complimentary one-hour revenue optimisation consultation with an eviivo hospitality expert.

The consultation will provide practical recommendations tailored to the winner’s business and may cover topics including dynamic pricing, promotions, inventory management, direct bookings, OTA distribution, and other revenue optimisation strategies.

6. Prize Conditions

  • The consultation will be delivered remotely via video conference at a mutually convenient time.
  • The consultation must be redeemed within six months of the winner being notified.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition has closed.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided during IHS registration. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, eviivo reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Privacy

By opting into the competition, entrants consent to their contact details being shared with eviivo for the purposes of administering the prize draw. Where consent has also been provided, eviivo may contact entrants with information about its products and services. Personal data will be processed in accordance with eviivo’s Privacy Policy.

10. General

  • eviivo reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition where reasonably necessary.
  • The promoter’s decision is final and binding.
