The eviivo Team had a lovely time exhibiting our amazing new tech developments and meeting hosts and hoteliers face to face at this year’s Independent Hotel Show at Olympia in London. The show is the leading hospitality event in the UK, with hundreds of innovative companies exhibiting the best and the latest in hospitality design, furnishings, home electronics, and the latest tech, in the National Hall.
It was great to see so many people take in our talk ‘Turn first-time guests into lifelong loyal customers’ on the first day of the show.
The eviivo stand looked fabulous once again thanks to our stand build partners Quadrant2Design.
Victoria and Kirsty from Brambles of Inveraray picked up their accolade for 2023 Outstanding Host, part of the recently launched eviivo Collective programme.
It was our pleasure to host the panel discussion on day two, featuring three of eviivo’s customers talking about how ‘It’s not who you know, it’s what you know about them!’ and the impact that knowing their customers makes to their businesses. A big thank you to Victoria Thomson, owner of Scottish hotel Brambles of Inveraray, Ana Harris, owner of Panda Sanctuaries, with properties located in Bath and beyond, and Simon Lynch, Operations Manager at Punch Pubs Co., with accommodation nationwide, for joining the panel and all their amazing insight from running their diverse businesses.
The eviivo Team really enjoyed the show, a great opportunity to get together, and celebrate all that is great in the wonderful world of independent accommodation.
