Junior Sales Executive

eviivo is an award-winning, cloud-based booking and property management platform. We help independent accommodation providers showcase their properties, manage their reservations, and connect with guests.

Our flagship product, eviivo suite, aims to provide hoteliers and hosts with a convenient all-in-one solution that makes it easy for them to manage online bookings, guests and travel agencies. Today, our customer base consists of 30,000 small independent B&Bs, Guesthouses, Vacation Rental Owners and Hotels using eviivo suite day-in day-out to run their business.

We operate in UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy and North America.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Sales Executive your role will consist in selling the eviivo suite mostly on the phone (cold and warm calling in your target regions on the DACH market and also contacting inbound leads) by understanding their business needs to deliver meaningful solutions.

  • Understand business needs to deliver meaningful solutions
  • Identify business opportunities for eviivo by identifying, researching, and analysing needs for prospects
  • Sell the eviivo suite on the phone
  • Make 50 cold calls a day in order to generate new leads
  • Follow-up with prospects by phone or email
  • Schedule and run demonstrations via screen share
  • Pass qualified leads to the Sales Executives with the objective of closing the sale
  • Use our CRM and ensure all sales data is fully accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate and implement targeted and effective email campaigns with the German Marketing Team and the Country Manager
  • Ensure optimum product performance and achieve the company’s overall objectives
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service and Onboarding teams to reach targets

About You

  • Eligible to work in Germany
  • University diploma/degree or equivalent is required
  • Native level of German: excellent communication skills, verbal (with a clear speaking voice) and written (excellent grammar). Excellent spoken and written English for internal use only
  • Ideally a recent university graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email
  • Passionate, with a strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation
  • Self-motivated to meet and exceed target
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • You truly enjoy speaking to people over the phone
  • Aptitude for learning new technology quickly
  • Proficient with common office programs (MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook)
  • Experience as a Junior Sales Executive and experience in phone prospecting and CRM software a plus
