Today, eviivo, a leading hospitality software company known for its award-winning booking and property management platform, eviivo Suite, announces the launch of eviivo Mobile, a groundbreaking booking and property management mobile app for Airbnb and Vrbo hosts, property owners (such as vacation rentals, guest houses, inns and cabins) and boutique hoteliers in the short-term rental and independent accommodation sector. The app, built from the ground up, offers first-of-its-kind features and tools, and users can manage guest reservations from anywhere, anytime, which provides more flexibility and freedom, increases convenience and enhances quality of life.

eviivo Mobile had a soft launch with select customers in December, and the company spent the past several months refining the app that mirrors its award-winning eviivo Suite on smartphones.

Exclusive survey reveals what hosts, boutique hoteliers and property owners want in a booking and property management mobile app

According to a survey conducted April 11 to 28 in partnership with SurveyMonkey, which polled 1,000 property owners, hosts and boutique hoteliers specializing in short-term rentals and independent accommodations, 91% respondents said a mobile app is “extremely important” to run and manage their business, and 84% want the ability to monitor/access their business — anywhere anytime — right at their fingertips.

Further, 42% respondents said a booking and property management mobile app was important for their work-life balance; 91% respondents will or would use eviivo Mobile regularly in the future. 

How health and wellness was a priority for the mobile app

In a recent World Health Organization report, the pandemic triggered a 25% increase in anxiety and depression worldwide. As part of its commitment to social responsibility, eviivo makes every effort to address mental health and wellness with its partners.

With eviivo Mobile, property owners, hosts and boutique hoteliers in independent accommodations have all the freedom to be remote and spend time outdoors in nature, which can significantly boost mental health and reduce stress, according to a recent Harvard Health report.
