We’re pleased to announce an enhancement to eviivo Suite’s Airbnb connection that could help increase your accommodation’s visibility and booking potential.
What has changed?
Airbnb has expanded the maximum availability window that connectivity partners, such as eviivo, can send to their platform.
Previously, Airbnb limited connected software providers to sending no more than 12 months of future availability to their platform. As a result, even if your property was available to book beyond that period, only the next 12 months could be displayed on Airbnb.
Following Airbnb’s latest update, hosts can now make up to 730 days (24 months) of availability visible to travelers.
To take advantage of this improvement, eviivo has updated its Airbnb integration and automatically extended the availability we send to Airbnb wherever your existing booking window in eviivo Suite allows it.
Why is this good news?
Displaying a longer period of your future availability on Airbnb offers several benefits:

Your property can now appear in searches further into the future, helping you reach travelers who like to plan well in advance.

Many travelers book vacations, family gatherings and special events many months before arrival. By making additional future dates available, you can attract these guests before your competitors do.

I’m an eviivo customer. Do I need to do anything?
No action is required. If your booking window in eviivo Suite is already set beyond 12 months, your Airbnb availability will be extended to match. The update has happened automatically. If it does not, there is no change.
How is my booking window determined?
Your booking window is typically agreed during your eviivo activation process. Most properties choose a forward booking window of between 12 and 18 months, although some choose to make availability available further into the future.
If your current booking window extends beyond 12 months, you will automatically benefit from this Airbnb enhancement.
