Genuine reviews are an important part of convincing guest to book with you. eviivo suite’s Guest Manager lets you collect, manage and display your own guest reviews, totally independently of TripAdvisor or any other websites that collect property reviews. Two days after check-in your guests are sent an automated email to prompt them to review their stay at your property. You can then choose to do nothing and leave the review live, publicly respond, or reject the review to stop it from being displayed.
